The positive side of COVID-19 & You are not coming in last...

 

I had thought of this topic, 15 days ago...

TODAY IS THE 29TH OF SEPTEMBER, 

because I am pretty sure I am not posting this post today.... 

I now DO NOT see a positive side.  

(ESPECIALLY, since the traffic and pollution is back to pre-COVID-19 times) 

As well as, being homeschool and   

But, there has been more than 1 million deaths world wide... 

1,007,211 to be exact. 

May they Rest In Peace...  

***moment of silence*** 

In the U.S., there has been 209,273 deaths alone.

 The United States of America is at #1 in COVID-19 deaths.

Okay, changing the subject on a happier vibe...

Noticing you're not in last place.

(I say that symbolically, not literal)

I know, I may sound like a "B I T C H" right now.

But, it's nice knowing you're not alone, 

the people that went to school with you MIGHT BE getting married, 

with a Masters or some type of collegiate degree. 

HAVING KIDS...

But, others whether it is because of their 

financial situation,

mental health,

work,

family

or just because they have put-it-off for a few years.

I am going to share my story, just because, someone reading this

might also need it...

I am honor to be a student at F.I.U.

 as almost everyone knows we are virtual now giving me the opportunity to take a class during the day. 

 I hadn't done this in my years as a college student. 

Because, of work and other things.

But, yesterday while in class a student mention that 

she had studied the specific topic in one of her previous college courses in 1996. 

I WAS BORN IN '96! 

God only knows if this is her 2nd or 3rd career path. 

But, nice to know you're not alone.

Which thinking back, to my first college course that I ever took... 

"Introduction to a Serial Killer's Minds"

"Human Behavior in Criminal Justice"

 

Some of my classmates, could have been my grandparents age.

 

So.....
