HEY FELLOW TYCOONS AND SUNSHINES!!
I HOPE YOU ARE ALL HAVING A FANTASTIC DAY!!
MAKE SURE TO CHECK OUT MY NEW 'MONOPOLY (GO!) MONDAY' ON MY YOUTUBE PAGE!!!!
Your way, on your time! NO RUSH! Have you ever felt pressured into something? Maybe into a certain career path because it's what would help you “fit in”. Or maybe, you're 50 finishing your bachelors or you had to pause your career because you decided to start a family (or let's be honest maybe one night you had too much to drink or got carried away … happens to the best of us ). but it is important to always remember everyone is on a different timeline and you know what? That perfectly fine! Your life is a masterpiece! Some artist work a little faster, some mess up halfway and have to start all over again or they can work with the accident and later create a piece of work (life), they can be even more proud of. Trust me, if you ask 18-year-old me “what would you be doing in five years?” I would have said, in some other state than Miami or managing a Department with the credit union I used to work for. Good time of day!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! I hope you all had an amazing time! I also hope you find yourself ready to grow and become the best version of yourself this year!! Stronger? More at peace? Proud of how far you’ve come? More aligned with who you truly are? Sometimes the most important changes begin with simply asking ourselves the right question. For me personally, I’ve declared this year the year of “NEW.” New beginnings. New goals. New courage. New ...
Good (time of day) everyone! I am coming at you with, ‘A survivor of the month’ post, almost a year late… Judy (@judydeadlifts). If she seems familiar to the ones who voted for me to win Ms.Health&Fitness, is because she was also running. By the way, thank you to all those who voted for me!!! But it also proves that survivors can be found anywhere. If I had asked you to be a survivor of the month and you’re not yet please reach out to me because, I know I had asked WAYYY more people to be featured than are currently featured. I promise, your story is just as important! We have Judy’s, her story is very similar to mine. One day, she was running errands when a speeding oncoming vehicle T-bones her vehicle. Judy is a mom of three and a professor at the University of North Carolina. She began working with a personal trainer to help her overcome her muscle weakness after the accident. She says working out in the gym has helped and is now one ...
