Being in 'Preparation'...

'Preparation' for what's coming.  Listening to Elevation mass, on July 12, 2020,  ***Just figured out YouTube does not save 'LIVE' videos so I apologize,  for referring back to it but, If I find it later, I'll link it.***  That was easy and relatively fast to find and I posted up the video itself not just the link!!!   (Does this mean I'm a REAL   blogger?!?!😂😉🙌) But, in his message he said and I quote... "We must be preparation, for what is to come." That made me think how we can prepare for disappointments, rejection, heartbreak. The good, the bad, the ugly.  I know that song does not speak about circumstances that happen to one in life, but it does entail that whatever happens to us has a direct relation to our point of view.   Our belief system is directly impacted by prospective in (or the outlook of) life. And, your outlook of how well your life can be. I'm not bragging, but, I'm much happier now that I "cut of...

***written mid-June, Gyms partially opened now... 🙈😖🙈😖🙈 I have been meaning to write about this stage of my life... I REALLY HOPE THIS IS GOING TO HELP SOMEONE... I'll add a couple pictures so you can see I'm not lying,         ALL OF THE PICTURES ABOVE WHERE TAKEN, SOME TIME BETWEEN 2014 AND 2015. At that, given point in my life I was living on Chicken Kitchen, & Weed... That was sure to follow with the munchies.   I, of ...

Meet a survivor Monday!!!  First Monday of each month...        This month we are meeting  Andy , a Traumatic Brain Injury survivor, I had the pleasure of meeting. Like myself, Andy has been referred to as a miracle.         In  November 19,2010,  he was driving in the suburbs of Miami, with his older brother.  When they lost control of Vehicle. He emphasizes the fact it only took EMTs 8 minutes to get him from the scene of the accident to the operating room at Jackson Memorial Hospital, He says, " That a matter of moments/seconds can make a life-changing difference.                  Relating back to my own accident, as I said before EMT's, Witnesses and even Doctors gave me little to no hope of a full recovery (not their yet...), and if I survived, I would have been a vegetable. D...
